Great restaurant. A bit pricey, so just be advised. A NY strip is in the neighborhood of of $60. Fresh seafood from the puget sound is also available. Romantic place with great atmosphere. Nice place for adults to enjoy and for business meetings as well.

Dined alone in the bar area during a business trip and was happy to listen to recommendations given by my very friendly and attentive server Natascha, who suggested I tried the steelhead instead of the salmon. It was delicious and cooked to perfection (in my eyes), and I was very happy with everything from the cup of Dungeness crab bisque as a starter through my main course and wine pairing, to service, attention, and atmosphere. I only give four stars though, as expectations are high, and I have only tried a very limited selection of dishes, and it is relatively pricey. But I will indeed come back next time I’m in town and try more!

The place is a bit crowded and busy. Even the foods are delicious, the restaurant is too noisy to have a quiet conversation. The presentation of the dishes are quite a bit of arts. the fish and the scallop are definitely fresh and nicely done!

Haven't been to this restaurant in years, but have eaten here many times. Tonight was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service was great. The mahi was played well and taste was on point. I absolutely recommend Seastar and would say that it is the best seafood restaurant in the Bellevue area... and is one of the top seafood restaurants in Seattle.

Nicely renovations to interior design of the dining area. Love the addition of the wine cellar.

The food & the service were excellent. So is selection of wine. The service was outstanding. Our server Ryan was very knowledgeable in all selective menu's & the wine pairings. Quality of our order was excellent. We enjoyed our atmosphere & will come again 👌😎

Absolutely fantastic food and even better service. We went for a birthday dinner and they brought us rich and decadent truffles to share and a fancy cup of mocha icecream with two candles. If you ask you can get special menus without pricing. This is a terrific way to treat guests without them having to worry about pricing.

I've hosted a few business meetings, luncheons and dinners at Seastar over the past year and they've quickly become my go-to. The food is amazing and the staff is excellent.

The service is excellent. The food ranged from very good to mediocre. Enjoyed the raw oysters and sweet corn. The sushi was OK. The diver scallops were not hot enough. The watermelon and greens served with the scallops was delicious. The noise level was good and did not impede our dinner conversation.

One of the best restaurant ever! The entries are simply to die for. Try out the huge selection of incredible appetizers. I would eat here every day if I could afford it!

Service was attentive and the waitress very good, though the other person seemed annoyed. To the food, the vegetables were well cooked and delicious, however the cedar Salmon had a crispy outer but a fairly flavourless and very soft inside. I thought possibly overdone. This place is Very nice and the price matches that at about $50 a plate it's what I consider very very expensiveBaby loved his French fries.

Amazing food and great service. Place is famous for seafood but being John Howie's restaurant, friend had steak and it was amazing as well.

Really good seafood. My friend and I ate here for a speciall occasion dinner and enjoyed our meal. Or table was poorly positioned near the entrance and we felt slightly outside the buzz of the restaurant. We started with excellent Crab cakes. My friend had the King Salmon and I had the Omakase. Both very good. A couple of glasses of red wine and dessert. Or bill was about $250. Recommended.

Not cheap but veery good. Food was great (king salmon with roasted asparagus) and the dessert (coconut, whipped cream and white chocolate) was even better; warning, it's massive even though it is to share ☺

The seafood eating family loves this restaurant though I am more of a meat and potatoes person. Luckily the same chef also runs John Howie Steakhpuse. The food and service are very nice, definitely a place to treat yourself.

I enjoyed the spicy ahi poke bowl- overall a good mix. The space is nice and it can get crowded for lunch but service was fast and efficient. A bit on the pricier side but so are most of the options in downtown Bellevue.
